If you‘re looking for a unique and detailed model kit that will make your steam or diesel train layout or tiny diorama layout stand out, you‘ve come to the right place! This power plant station is based on the original pictures I found online and designed within my programs. It‘s packed with small details and intricate parts that will make it look great on any layout.
This kit includes everything you need to assemble and finish it without painting and weathering. It includes very detailed and listed directions to help you create this project. It‘s an unpainted kit that requires assembly, but don‘t worry - it‘s easy to assemble if you‘re a beginner, with small parts that are easy to assemble with little trimming and fitting required. If you‘re a novice, you‘ll need to follow the instructions carefully and do some trimming and fitting, but you should have no problem building this kit if you have some prior knowledge of kit building. And if you‘re an expert, you‘ll enjoy the challenge of following all the instructions and suggestions, doing lots of trimming and fitting, using your patience, and applying your very high knowledge of kit building.
I recommend using CA glue on all the joints and surfaces. A base coat of spray paint will help acrylic paints adhere better. I use 2x Rustoleum spray paint from Home Depot.
The finished building measures 116 mm wide by 176 mm long and 170 tall - it should be close to N scale, although I cannot guarantee this.
All my printers are FDM and use PLA. Each bag or item is inspected for quality. Unlike other prints, these models are assembled just like any plastic model you would buy at a hobby shop. In my experience, printing as flat as possible on the printer bed results in a more robust and detailed part.
