HO scale Lighted track tester for DC and DCC trains - check the condition of your rails

N Scale Workshop I created my own style of a TRACK TESTER for my train sets. When you put it on the track and slowly slide it around on top of the rails it will tell you if you have a good connection in your complete track layout. If you reverse the transformer it will turn the opposite color. If one way is red, the reverse will be green. A very hand tool that you can keep in your pocket to check for shorts, poor connections and the direction the train will travel on your track.

Someone said it worked on their DCC layout. It works lighting up both leds red and green. I don‘t have a DCC layout to test this out on. So please be advised it might work on DCC.
