Unpainted-
Everything is here to create this project including the directions. Please note this is a Kit and you must put it together. I used CA glue on all the joints and glue surfaces. You can use spray paint and detail the project to your liking and your layout.
A base coat of spray paint will help it adhere to acrylic paints. I use 2x Rust oleum spray paint from Home depot.
(The extra items are not included in the building kit, such as barrels, wagon wheels etc.)
There are lots of details in the small parts. The pictures listed are showing you one I made for my layout.
This will look great on any steam or diesel train layout or tiny diorama layout. The color of the packaged printed material will vary because of what is on the printer during the printing process, but the prints will still be of high quality.
Example, you might get a white building with black trim, and a brown base. It just depends on what is on the printer at the time. It should not matter because these need to be painted to look their best.

The finished building is 47 mm long x 26 mm wide x 28 mm tall.
It should be close to Z scale, but I cannot guarantee this. I had to make the building so it could be printed out at this tiny small size. Add interiors and lights to make it look realistic.

All my printers are FDM and use PLA. Each bag or item is inspected for quality. I will do my best to give you a clean part to work with.
Unlike other prints these models are assembled just like you would on any type of plastic model you would buy in a hobby shop. In my experience I find you get a stronger and more reliably detailed part when you print it as flat as possible on the printer bed.
